1. Overview:
1.1. This Partner Programme Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between First News ("Company") and the participating school ("Partner") for the promotion and referral of First News products to parents of children who attend the Partner’s school.
2. Enrolment:
2.1. Schools will be able to enrol in the Partner Programme via invitation, the school will need to sign up to LeadDyno by clicking on the link provided by the Company.
2.2. The Partner School will have a unique code on the Partner Dashboard (LeadDyno) which they can share with families.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Commissions:
3.1. The Partner will receive a commission for each valid purchase made by families referred by the Partner.
3.2. Families can purchase the following subscriptions:
- 6 month print and digital subscription for £54.99 (RRP £74.10)
- 12 month print and digital subscription for £99.99 (RRP £148.20)
- 6 month digital only subscription for £24.99 (RRP £35.94)
3.3. Commission rates are 10% of the respective subscription price:
- 6 month print and digital subscription for £54.99 commission paid will be £5.49
- 12 month print and digital subscription for £99.99 commission paid will be £9.99
- 6 month digital only subscription for £24.99 commission paid will be £2.49
3.4. Commission is paid on the initial payment term of the subscription only. Any subsequent renewed terms will not be eligible for commission.
4. Tracking and Reporting:
4.1. Through the Company bespoke Partner Dashboard (LeadDyno), the Partner School will be able to track family sign ups, the monetary value, and their attributed commission.
4.2. Families who purchase must use the code provided for the commission to be attributed. Orders placed by families without using the partner’s unique code will not be eligible for commission.
5. Payment:
5.1. Partners have the option to connect their PayPal email to their LeadDyno account for payment to be processed. If a PayPal email address isn’t linked to the account, the partner will be contacted by the accounts department at First News to request bank details. Emails will be sent from accounts@firstnews.co.uk.
5.2. Commissions will be paid monthly, within 30 days of receipt of payment from the parent.
6. Promotional Guidelines:
6.1. The Partner agrees to promote the Company's products in a lawful and ethical manner.
6.2. The Partner shall not engage in any form of deceptive or misleading advertising.
6.3. The Company will provide promotional materials and creatives that the Partner can use on their website, in newsletters and via socials to help promote the offer to families.
7. Termination:
7.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
7.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Partner's participation in the programme for violation of the terms and conditions.
8. Confidentiality:
8.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the Partner Programme.
9. Liability:
9.1. The Company is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
10. Modification:
10.1. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, with notice provided to the Partner.
11. Miscellaneous:
11.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
