Engage Pro Admin Feature: How a registered Class Teacher can access an Engage Pro class that isn't assigned to them

This setting enables teachers to see and mark pupil activities from any class in their school. It also allows them to access pupil records and create lesson plans for any class. This feature is especially useful if you have teachers job sharing.

Please note, this setting is enabled by default. When allowed, all teachers will have to access every class. For every year group and class, all teachers will be able to:

  • Set custom lesson plans
  • Send messages
  • Access pupil records
  • Mark activities

To manage this feature, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to your Engage Pro account associated with Engage Pro Admin account for your school
  • On Engage Pro dashboard click the School Management button
  • Tick the box that reads Enable teachers to see all classes
  • Click Save
