Login cards are automatically generated after pupils are registered
1) Locate the class in 'Class Management', where registered pupils are found
2) Select 'download usernames'
3) This will generate a PDF that contains a list of pupils' usernames and password of colours and symbols. This can be printed to stick in reading record logs or homework diaries); as well as a pupil guide for logging in and navigating around Engage.
Please note, if you need to share this PDF on a VLE or online space with all your class in order to get pupils’ login details to them at home, we recommend you tell pupils to change their password the first time they login to Engage Pro. Details of how to do this are included in this PDF. The new passwords will update automatically on the Class Management page.
